ABOUT GRIPTRIP

At GripTrip, we set out to solve a simple but frustrating problem—how do you comfortably watch content on your phone while traveling? Planes, trains, cafés, and even workspaces don’t always offer the right setup, and holding your phone for hours isn’t ideal. In fact, our founder experienced this firsthand on a recent plane journey, which inspired the creation of GripTrip.

That’s why we designed GripTrip—a compact, credit-card-sized phone holder built for convenience. Whether you’re on a flight, commuting, or just relaxing at home, GripTrip gives you a secure, hands-free viewing experience wherever you are. It’s lightweight, durable, and travel-friendly, fitting easily into pockets, bags, or purses, so you’re always prepared.

What started as an idea has turned into a fully patented product, gaining traction in retail and travel markets. As GripTrip continues to grow, we’re excited about the journey ahead and open to exploring brand collaboration opportunities with companies that align with our vision.

CRAIG STIRLING

Founder

Craig Stirling, the founder of GripTrip, brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a hands-on approach to innovation. Born and raised in Northern Ireland, Craig is a qualified carpenter with extensive experience in construction, having built houses and worked on major projects in both Northern Ireland and Australia. Immigrating to Australia at the age of 24, Craig embraced his new home and became a permanent resident. During a flight back to Sydney from a holiday in Cairns, the idea for GripTrip was born, leading to 3 years of rigorous research and development to create the ultimate lightweight phone holder. Craig’s dedication to creating a product that enhances everyday life and is affordable for the everyday person is at the core of our mission.
